Job Description:
The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for the assigned project from the release by the Sales Department until final shipment and installation at the customer’s site. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Comprehensive review / thorough understanding of all project related specifications, documents, and requirements including: Preliminary negotiations with Sales, quotations, purchase order and all associated terms and conditions, project budget, order acknowledgement, customer specifications, ITP, customer drawings, B.O.M’s, weld maps, WPS’s, PQR’s, and International Certifications when applicable. Understand the DeltaValve subcontract manufacturing model and standard component lead times. Co-ordinate with Operations and Quality to develop a comprehensive and accurate manufacturing plan based on the customer’s specifications. Monitor compliance to customer specifications. Co-ordinate with operations to develop a comprehensive and accurate production schedule which meets or improves on the customer’s requirements. Monitor (expedite as necessary) the production schedule. Monitor costs and keep project on budget. Direct the project documentation submittal, distribution and return processes ensuring on-time processing of complete and accurate job documentation. Assist in developing the metrics by which the success of a project is evaluated.
Minimum required skills:
Strong leadership and team building skills. Excellent Communication, relationship and negotiation abilities. Outstanding organizational, budget oversight as well as a strong technical mechanical background. Minimum of 5 – 7 years Project Management/Engineering Experience (Refinery experience preferred). Industrial manufacturing experience in machining, welding, castings/forgings, etc
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Engineer will assist the quality manager in maintaining compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standard by reviewing and flagging unique, unacceptable quality issues in prospective order documents when requested by the sales team. Will review and provide input on purchase orders and ancillary documents before purchase order acceptance. This key individual will evaluate and prepare detailed quality control plans, Inspection and test reports (ITP’s) and valve testing criteria with “final inspection” and “test certificates” as well as other documentation to support purchase order and customer project requirements. The QA Engineer will ensure that quality control inspection and reporting activities are conducted as outlined in plans and quality system documents. Will assist in resolving customer issues on assigned projects and provide technical assistance to other DeltaValve departments as required as well as other as needed duties as assigned.
Minimum required skills:
This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field such as; Mechanical, Metallurgical Chemical Engineering or other relevant degree. A minimum of 3 years work related experience. Training and or certification in various NDE and manufacturing methods are highly desired. Organized and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Has the ability to make sound impartial recommendations. Willing to improve skills and knowledge.
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Working Location: DV Canada

Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, matched to receiving documents into the company accounting system and related filing. Will perform reconciliation of suppliers issued statements against accounting data on an as needed basis. Will assist with vendor inquiries as it relates to commercial matters of issues as well as provide assistance with other functions within the accounting department. Journal entries in support of month-end financial close will also be a vital roll with this position. Position requires mathematical ability and analytical skills. This individual must be organized, possess good verbal and written communication skills and be able to adhere to schedules and meet firm deadlines as well as have the ability to work independently. Previous junior accounting, bookkeeping and or accounts payable is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent. Some secondary education and training in the field of accounting is preferred.

This person will work in a fast paced Technology Development Center which is part of the Oil & Gas Group of Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corporation, in South Jordan Utah. A financial or accounting background will be beneficial to the applicant in the performance of his/her day to day duties. This detail oriented person will need to be very efficient in multitasking, taking and distributing minutes of meetings, generation of formal meeting agendas. This person will be tasked with the development, implementation and maintenance of a labor tracking and reporting system for allocation to job costing. Additionally this person will provide assistance with business systems development, as well as, the generation of power point presentations, reports, and business documents. Organizing and scheduling for an executive as well as making travel arrangements will be also be a responsibility with this self motivated individual. Other duties as assigned.
